Never received our food again

Food wasn’t delivered but money was taken out my account tried to contact restaurant who never answered after multiple attempts.

Never received our food last night

Never received my order but full payment was taken. Will be reporting to Trading Standards on Monday morning as it is fraudulent to still take orders and payments from customers when you are no longer a trading business.

One of the worst experience I have ever had..... 2 hours after the order been accepted, no answer, no reply, no once cares. The place should close down and call it a day. They don't know how to run a business.

never received order. went to Altens Kebab House and it was shut. Absolutely disgraceful that they have have closed and still accepting and confirming orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Chicken was very dry and salad wasnt fresh

Food did not arrive tried calling them 7 times but no response so had to order food from somewhere else.

Use this van all the time but ordered online tonight with special instructions . meal delivered wrong and over 2hrs for the correct food to be delivered from time of initial order not happy

First time I’ve used you….Munchy box……Chilli sauce and iron bru both missing..tobe honest, it wasn’t a complicated order.

Food was okay, slightly cold, delivery was way too long, was called 40 mins after order to say they had only just seen the order and would start it then, did not arrive for another 30 mins after. Would not order again.

Forgot garlic sauce for my chips but small inconvenience. Chicken kebab wrap was one of the best I have had and chips were nice too
